Anthony has spent over 20 years leading the development of innovation and customer strategy in UK food retail and hospitality. His work includes the creation of the Little Waitrose convenience format, the introduction of sushi counters into UK supermarkets, and the successful global redesign of Costa Coffee.

Anthony helps our clients in markets such as EV mobility where a step-change in customer experience is required. He also leads our London market visit programme with a particular focus on innovation and the stories behind it.

Having been involved with the convenience retailing industry for two decades, Carolyn has an outstanding knowledge of customer engagement, marketing, sustainability, and community outreach. She worked at NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) and previously presented the industry podcast, ‘Convenience Matters’.

A master of event production and communications, Carolyn currently hosts the popular ‘Future of Convenience’ podcast, interviewing guests from all corners of the globe. She also maintains excellent working relationships with global retailers and industry clients.
